A spicy gin with a citrus tone, Ricks Dry Gin was distilled according to an old Dutch recipe with 17 different botanicals, including allspice, cardamom, cinnamon, coriander seeds, ginger root, juniper, lavender, lemon, orange blossom, orange peel and rhubarb root.These ingredients were macerated in a neutral grain spirit and water mixture inside a pot still for several days, before the small-batch distillation took place in a 300-litre copper kettle.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.

Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.

Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
