V16 mouthpieces are inspired by the sounds of the greatest jazz players from the fifties to the present. The large chamber gives a great vintage sound in the tradition of 1940s jazz. Vandoren recommends that players use ZZ reeds with strengths between 2.5 - 3.0 with this T5L model mouthpiece.
